3D printing
I think 3D printing is absolutely amazing. There are so many possibilities on what you can create, its crazy that they are creating human organs to use as transplants for people who are in need. I believe that this would be so helpful, people wouldn't have to wait for years to finally be healthy again. Some people may not be okay with someone else's body part being put in them so this would be an wonderful replacement. Not only can doctors use the 3D printer, teachers can use it too. When learning about the human body the teacher could print out a mini version of the skeleton and allow students to look at it up close or even print out enough so students could take them home and study it. At my first college we also had a 3D printer, we used it in our drawing class. Our teacher allowed us to print out something of our choice and then we drew the printed object. It was so much fun and I have a little fox to remember how great of a time I had. I think we can benefit from 3D printing so much, the options are limitless. I can't wait to see what people will come up with next.

I agree 3-D printing is so inventive and able to create many amazing things and teachers can use it for so many lessons!That is a really cool way to have at an art class!
ReplyDeleteThis is so true, 3D technology has the capacity to change not only our lives but the world. Think if we can make organs and put them in people, what impact we could have in third world countries that don't have clean water wells/pumps or simpler things like desks and sandals. This will help billions of people for generations to come.
